Leadership and Management of Information System

This course is designed to equip students with the leadership and managerial skills necessary to effectively manage Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) in the digital age. You will learn how to evaluate IT strategies, integrate systems across an organization, and bridge the communication gap between top management and technical teams. The goal is to develop future leaders who can leverage technology as a strategic corporate asset.
